QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU ORDER?
Frequently Asked Questions
Helpful answers about custom work, materials, artwork, production, and ordering.
Do you make fully custom products?+
Yes. Many projects can be customized with names, wording, colors, sizes, logos, themes, or artwork. Feasibility depends on the material, design detail, and finished size.
What do you need to provide a quote?+
A description of the item, approximate size, quantity, colors, deadline, and any logo or reference image you have. A rough sketch is completely acceptable.
Can I send you my logo or artwork?+
Yes. Clear vector files are ideal, but high-resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF files can also help us evaluate the project. Some artwork may need cleanup or redesign before production.
How long does a custom order take?+
Timing depends on design approval, materials, order size, and the current production queue. A deadline can be included with your request so we can tell you whether it is realistic before you order.
Will my 3D-printed item have visible layer lines?+
Usually, yes. Fine layer lines are a normal characteristic of filament 3D printing. Material choice, orientation, and print settings can reduce their appearance, but they are not the same as an injection-molded surface.
Are acrylic signs 3D printed?+
Our acrylic products are made from acrylic sheet that is laser cut, engraved, layered, or assembled. Acrylic has a smooth glossy surface and should not be confused with a standard filament-printed sign.
Can you copy any logo, movie title, or character?+
We can produce designs you own or have permission to use. Trademarked, copyrighted, or licensed artwork may require authorization, especially when the finished item will be sold commercially.
Do you accept small orders?+
Yes. Single personalized pieces and small batches are a major part of what we do. Larger quantities may require additional lead time.
Do you ship?+
Shippable products can be carefully packed and sent to eligible destinations. Oversized, fragile, or unusually shaped items may need a custom shipping quote.
What happens after I submit a custom-order request?+
We review the details, ask any necessary questions, confirm feasibility, and provide pricing or next steps. Production begins only after the design, price, and ordering details are agreed upon.
